I am a 5th-year PhD candidate in MIS at ESSEC Business School, Paris, France. My dissertation examines how national digital initiatives influence social sustainability, revealing both benefits and harms. In addition, I study digital innovation in product development, offering insights into how AI can enable replicable creativity.
I am on the 2025–2026 academic job market, seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor position at a research-intensive institution. My goal is to contribute to a dynamic academic community through impactful research, engaged teaching, and meaningful service.
