In my classroom, I foster an environment where students actively participate in learning rather than passively receive knowledge. I encourage critical thinking, ethical reflection, and real-world problem-solving, helping students develop analytical and decision-making skills essential for today’s fast-evolving business landscape. 

I view teaching as a shared journey, where clarity of purpose and care for students guide every step. My approach is grounded in constructive alignment, a philosophy developed by John Biggs, which ensures that learning outcomes, teaching methods, and assessments are thoughtfully interconnected.

Above all, I see teaching as an opportunity to support and empower students—not only to succeed in the classroom, but to grow into thoughtful, capable contributors to society.
